The Nocturnal Series is a collection of analogue photographs taken during the day, but through the use of expired negatives, they mimic the atmosphere of night. This transformation creates a world where daylight shifts into an ethereal, twilight realm, casting scenes in a deep blue hue. The images evoke a sense of stillness and quiet, as if day has seamlessly given way to the night’s mystery. Antoni and Natalia, always captivated by the mysticality of the night, use this technique to blur the boundaries between light and dark, reality and dream.
