Shipping Carriers and Methods:
We utilize UPS and other available shipping options through Shopify within Poland. Please note that, at the moment, payments are accepted only in PLN due to Shopify limitations in our region.
Order Tracking:
Customers will have the ability to track their orders. Tracking information will be provided to customers once their orders are dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to Europe, USA, UK, and Australia. If you have specific shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@kolektcollective.com .
Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes associated with their purchases.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
In the rare event that a customer’s order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the delivery company to resolve the issue promptly.
Reporting Lost or Damaged Shipments:
Customers should report lost or damaged shipments by contacting us at info@kolektcollective.com . We will guide you through the resolution process.
Return Eligibility:
Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery for reasons such as dissatisfaction or if the product arrives damaged.
Non-Returnable Items:
All products are eligible for return, including personalized items.
Return Authorization:
Customers must obtain authorization for returns by contacting us at info@kolektcollective.com .
Required Information for Returns:
To process returns, an agreement indicating the product was not damaged and, in some cases, a photograph may be required.
Refund Process:
Refunds for returned products will be processed through Shopify. No restocking fees will be deducted.
Exchange Process:
Exchanges are welcome, and there are no limitations on the type of products that can be exchanged.
Cost of Exchanges:
There is no additional cost associated with exchanges.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers bear the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is returned due to damage.
Covered Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs will be covered by us when a product is returned due to damage.
Initiating Returns:
Customers must initiate returns within 7 days of product delivery.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
